Things to know before you ship us your stock.

ðŸ"¦ Send extras. We can't always control yield.

Even on the best UV machines, a small number of units can fail during print. Misalignment, ink spit, stock defect, machine fault. Send 5 to 10% more than you actually need so we can absorb any losses without leaving you short. We'll do our best, but we cannot guarantee zero loss on customer-supplied stock.

🚚 You handle inbound shipping.

Customer arranges and pays delivery to our Melbourne facility. We confirm receipt and condition on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit, we let you know before printing.

⏱ï ̧ Turnaround starts when stock arrives.

2 to 3 business days from the day your stock lands at our facility, not from when you send the quote request. Plan for shipping time on top.

ðŸ'μ No MOQ, but small runs cost more per unit.

We'll print 1 unit if that's what you need. Just know the per-unit fee is highest at low quantities because the setup time is the same. Big runs, big savings. Sweet spot is usually 250+ units.

Same as our standard products. Nothing prints until you approve. Payment is processed after proof approval, not before.

Quick answers

Common questions about BYO stock printing.

What if you can't print on my stock? +
We tell you upfront, before you ship anything. The whole point of the photo step is to filter that out fast. If we can't run it, we say so, no charge, no time wasted.
Why don't you show a fixed per-unit price? +
Because every BYO job is different. Print area, item shape, stock material, quantity and complexity all change the per-unit fee. A flat sticker on 5,000 cardboard boxes is cheap. A full wrap on 50 oddly-shaped glass bottles is not. Send the details, we send the number within 1 business day.
Can I get a sample print before committing to a full run? +
Yes. Send us 2 to 3 of your stock units and we'll do a test print at our standard sample rate. If you proceed, that fee is credited toward the full job.
What happens if my stock arrives damaged? +
We document and photograph everything on receipt. If items are damaged in transit, we let you know before printing. You handle the carrier claim. We can usually still proceed with the undamaged units.
Do you ship the printed stock back to me? +
Yes, anywhere in Australia. Express courier. Free over $200 on the print job. Melbourne customers can pick up.
